Butterfly fairy

Hello there,

Welcome to another Challenge over at the Fairy and Unicorn Challenge blog, which as always starts the first Saturday of the month. As usual it lasts for about a month, and I do hope that you'll join us. This month I decided go with die cutting and used products by Tonic and John Next Door.

The theme of the Challenge, as always, is Fantasy, however as long as it's Fantasy pretty much anything goes. If you're not sure what we mean by that just check out the guidance in the Challenge Rules, and in the side bar on the Challenge blog.

Riding Route 66

Hello there,

It's time for a new Pearly Sparkles challenge which, as always, starts on the 1st of the month, over at the Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog. Our theme this month is Make it Masculine. I made this card for a friend who live in the USA, and loves his cars, not just driving but also restoring them. He's driven Route 66 and he really loved the card.

I do hope you'll join us over at the Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog this month and share your makes with us.

Happy birthday unicorn

Hello,

This is a very special post for me as I was asked to be a Guest Designer at A Perfect Time to Craft Challenge blog when I won 2nd prize in their February challenge with my Hearts and flowers from the gnome card. As you can imagine I was absolutely delighted when I won 2nd prize. For my Guest DT card I chose the Unicorn Magic kit by Anne Constantly-Carding, available from craftsUprint

It's a very pretty and flexible kit, and comes with backing paper, an insert, various sentiments, and images to create decoupage. As I'm rubbish at fussy cutting I just used the flat image, die cut it and mat and layered it.

Card recipe

8 x 8 white card blank
Tonic Essentials Card in pink and lilac
John Next Door dies: Oval Layering dies, Blossom flower die, Leafy sprigs and Happy Birthday
Corner rounder punch
Pearls from my stash

I hope you like my card, and please do join in this month's challenge at A Perfect Time to Craft
