Critter Crazy Challenge #107

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I recently joined the Critter Crazy Challenge Design Team. Challenges start on the 1st of the month and are anything goes but you must include an animal of some sort as the main focus. This is in the broadest sense of the word and can be furry, feather or insect etc.

The main focus of my card is a fabric square with a cat on it, which a friend gave me. I used it to make a card for my sister-in-law who loves cats.

I also used the following:

Cardstock: Red, Ivory, Gold Mirror
Dies: Maximum Crafts 5x5 Easy Frame die set, John Next Door Flag die, sentiment die from my stash
Inkylicious Cat stamp set
Tattered Lace dots embossing folder
Red pearls from my stash

I hope you like the card I've made. If you've got time it would be great if you could leave me a comment to let me know what you think of it. I would really appreciate it.

I'd like to enter this card for the following challenges:

Please also join us at the Critter Crazy Challenge this month. We'd love to see your Critter makes

  2. Great card! Love your image (I'm a crazy cat lady, so I may be a little biased!) and that sentiment is just too funny, and oh, so true!

  3. The fabric cat square makes such a charming focal point, and you framed it beautifully with the layered dies and that touch of gold mirror. The embossed dots add just the right amount of texture, and the red pearls pull the whole palette together with a lovely sense of warmth. It is a thoughtful, personal design that really lets the little cat shine.

I appreciate your visit to my blog and the kind words you shared. I hope you will stop by again soon.
