Pearly Sparkles Challenge #119

Hello and welcome to my blog

This is my DT card for the new May challenge over at the Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog. Our theme this month is One or More Butterflies. The main focus of my card is a Crafter's Companion Vintage Lace butterfly die, with some butterfly backing paper from the Hunkydory Peony Dreams paper. Both of these have been in my stash for yonks! I've made the card for one of my niece's birthday. I hope she likes it.

7 x 7 white card blank
Cardstock: Dark Blue and White
Dies: Maximum Crafts 7 x 7 Scalloped Easy Frame, Numbers and Sentiment dies from my stash
Stamp: John Next Door Butterfly Frames small butterfly stamp

Critter Crazy Challenge #110

Hello and welcome to my blog.

This is my Design Team card for the May Critter Crazy Challenge. Challenges start on the 1st of the month and are anything goes. but you must include an animal of some sort as the main focus. This is in the broadest sense of the word and can be furry, feather or insect etc. 

The main focus of my card is a Hunkydory Moonstone die called Pretty Petals Dog. I made this birthday card for a dear friend who loves dogs! She loved it  😊

A Perfect Time to Craft Open Challenge May 2026

Pearly Sparkles Challenge #118

Hello and welcome to my blog

This is my DT card for the new April challenge over at the Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog. Our theme this month is to use something old and something new. I've used a new Maximum Crafts Oval Lattice Easy Frame die, and an old sentiment die, old Crafter's Companion butterfly die and an old Vaessen Creative flower punch.



I also used:
Cardstock: 2 shades of Pink, Silver
An image left over from a Maximum Crafts card kit or workshop, I'm not sure which!

Pearly Sparkles Challenge #117

Hello and welcome to my blog

It's time for a new challenge over at the Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog. Our theme this month is to use Mixed Colour Florals. I've used a floral back ground paper from an old Lili of the Valley paper pad I've had in my stash for ages. I picked out 3 flower colours and die cut some flowers.

I'm delighted to have recently joined the Critter Crazy Challenge Design Team. Challenges start on the 1st of the month and are anything goes but you must include an animal of some sort as the main focus. This is in the broadest sense of the word and can be furry, feather or insect etc. 

The main focus of my card is a butterfly made using the John Next Door Large Deco Butterfly Die, and sentiment from the same die set.

Pearly Sparkles Challenge #116 Hearts

Hello and welcome to my blog.

It's time for a new challenge over at the Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog. Our theme this month is to use Hearts. This is a card I made for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. I used a very old die from the Tonic Affections die set. It's a large with lots of dies and I've used it a lot.  I also created a box for the card using the same products.

Critter Crazy Challenge #107

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I recently joined the Critter Crazy Challenge Design Team. Challenges start on the 1st of the month and are anything goes but you must include an animal of some sort as the main focus. This is in the broadest sense of the word and can be furry, feather or insect etc. 

The main focus of my card is a fabric square with a cat on it, which a friend gave me. I used it to make a card for my sister-in-law who loves cats.

Pearly Sparkles Challenge #115 - Patterned Paper

Hello and welcome to my blog.

It's time for a new Pearly Sparkles challenge, over at the Pearly Sparkles Challenge Blog. Our theme this month is to use Patterned Paper. I've used Core'dinations Teal Flower as the background paper.  I used backing paper from Anne Constantly-Carding's Unicorn Magic kit to make the flowers. I also created a box for the card using the same products.
